QuANTITATIVE TRADER
As a Quantitative Trader, you will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on trading opportunities across various asset classes. Traders are the first who find market inefficiencies, identify trading opportunities and profit/risk targets, analyze trading data to improve strategies and infrastructure.

You will test and refine trading strategies, manage portfolios, and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize trading systems and algorithms. This position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a solid base salary and significant performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Manage and optimize a portfolio of trading strategies by fine-tuning algorithm parameters to maximize returns.
Backtesting: Evaluate trading strategies by applying them to historical data to assess their performance and refine them before live deployment.
Post-Trade Analytics: Conduct detailed analysis of executed trades to evaluate outcomes, identify patterns, and uncover areas for improvement.
Problem Solving: Analyze non-standard cases and anomalies in trading operations and system performance such as discrepancies in trade execution, latency issues, or algorithm malfunctions.
Market Analytics: Explore new strategies and ideas by analyzing market data and microstructures for patterns and actionable insights, adapting to changing market conditions.
Collaboration and Reporting: Report on market conditions, generate and test hypotheses, and work closely with engineering teams to design, evaluate, and enhance new features or improve trading infrastructure.
Continuous Improvement and Expansion: Drive growth in trading activities by exploring new markets and asset classes, and adapt to new challenges and market conditions.
We’re looking for:
Educational Background: Degree from a top-tier university in Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science, with exceptional achievements in math (e.g., olympiads, academic competitions).
Quantitative Expertise: Exceptional mathematical and statistical skills with a strong foundation in probability theory, stochastic processes, and numerical methods.
Analytical Proficiency: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems using quantitative methods and basic engineering skills (e.g., Python, Bash scripting, Linux/Unix systems).
Experience: Solid commercial experience as a data analyst is essential (experience in quantitative trading, financial modeling, or algorithmic trading is highly desirable but not required).
Personal Attributes: Perseverance, confidence, resilience, and high motivation. Strong interpersonal skills, quick mental calculations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with colleagues in both local and remote offices, thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
