Our company is expanding and we are looking for exceptionally strong mathematicians to work with us as Quantitative Trader across multiple asset classes. Traders the first who find market inefficiencies, identify trading opportunities and profit/risk targets, analyze trading data to improve strategies and infrastructure and get high compensation in form of base fix and mostly solid bonuses.

We are primarily looking for a skilled Quantitative Analyst who has experience with algorithmic trading strategies, understands how to tweak the algorithms and research how the strategies perform etc. The perfect candidate for this position will have an engineering mindset, excellent problem solving and analytical skills and a strong mathematical background. You will be exposed to all asset classes and will be responsible for Alpha Research, Signal Generation and the Development of HFT-strategies.

This role requires frequent interaction with quantitative traders, system developers and network infrastructure team to ensure the best performance of trading. Tasks will be related to the quality of market data delivery and processing, real-time latency tracking and elimination, incident prevention and research for bottlenecks in our trading system, as well as setting up troubleshooting goals for other engineering teams.
