We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and communicative, who can take ownership of the hiring processes within our infrastructure track (C++/Network/SRE/etc teams).
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure roles (C++, Network, SRE, Low-Latency, etc.), from intake and sourcing to offer management and closing.
• Design and continuously improve scalable hiring processes, including scorecards, interview frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
• Source and engage top-tier technical talent globally using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, market mapping, direct outreach).
• Act as a strategic partner to engineering and trading leadership, advising on hiring strategy, market conditions, and talent availability.
• Manage and optimize candidate experience across all stages of the hiring pipeline, ensuring a high-quality and consistent process.
• Analyze hiring metrics and pipeline performance to identify bottlenecks, optimize conversion rates, and support business growth.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on infrastructure roles (C++, SRE, Networking, Low-Latency, or similar) including at least 2 years of in-house recruitment
• Proven ability to source and close highly competitive, senior-level technical candidates in niche and high-bar markets.
• Strong understanding of technical profiles and hiring needs within high-performance, engineering-driven environments.
• Experience building and improving recruitment processes, including interview structures, scorecards, and hiring metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ownership skills, with the ability to work closely with senior engineers and leadership. eadership.
