As a HR Brand Manager at Alber Blanc Capital, you will be responsible for market positioning, university relations and brand strategy of the company. Strong analytical skills, hand-on experience with the industry and strong executive skills are necessary for this position. 

Responsibilities

– Build and maintain relationships with top universities and student communities

– Design company’s strategy and market positioning

– Plan and execute online, offline, on-campus events and brand activities 

– Develop media-interaction strategy and ton-of-voice for our company

– Manage partnerships with organizations and external communities

Requirements

– 4+ years of experience in campus recruiting, employer branding, talent programs or marketing

– Hands-on experience with organizing events or community initiatives

– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

– Solid skills in analysis, prototyping and development of strategies (e.g. branding, marketing, etc.)

– Structured, detail-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership

Nice to Have

– Experience working for tech or quantitative finance

– Experience within marketing agency

– Background in university relations or student-led organizations
