As a principal Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for talent mapping, market research, and hiring of executive-level Quants, Traders, Researchers, and Developers globally. This role requires a proven track of success in the HFT domain, an advanced level of English, and an executive mindset.
Responsibilities:

Conduct deep talent mapping across global HFT ecosystems

Identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent

Execute full-cycle hiring for niche and highly specialized roles

Build and maintain market research on competitors and key talent pools

Develop long-term pipelines of passive candidates

Partner closely with hiring managers to define search strategies

Lead candidate outreach using highly personalized approaches

Drive difficult and competitive hires from initial contact to offer acceptance

Share market insights, industry knowledge, and networking practices with the internal team
Requirements:

Mandatory: hands-on recruiting experience in HFT companies
