We are seeking an experienced Commercial / Transactional Legal Counsel to support our growing business and ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, overseeing general corporate governance, employment matters and providing clear, actionable legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and operational contracts.
- Advise business teams on legal risks and provide practical solutions.
- Manage corporate legal documents and compliance records.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis.
- Identify and calculate potential business risks.
- Oversee external counsel relationships.
- Collaborate with HR on employment contracts and related matters.
Requirements:
- Fluent /native English (C1 or C2) – must have
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and employment law.
- Knowledge of current legislation and regulatory expectations.
- Excellent critical thinking and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters concurrently.
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate documents.
- Experience advising business units and senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong business judgment and analytical skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
