As an Employer Brand & Events Manager at Alber Blanc Capital, you will be responsible for strengthening the company’s external employer brand through high-quality events, conferences, partnerships, and initiatives around competitive programming and technical communities.
You will also support the development of the company’s internal communications, including all-hands meetings, internal discussions, leadership updates, Q&A sessions, and other formats to keep employees aligned, informed, and engaged.
This role requires strong execution skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with both external audiences and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the company’s external employer brand strategy through events, conferences, partnerships, and community initiatives.
• Organize and manage online and offline events, including conferences, meetups, university activities, competitive programming initiatives, and technical community events.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student communities, olympiad programming communities, tech communities, and relevant external organizations.
• Develop formats for internal communications, including all-hands meetings, internal talks, leadership updates, Q&A sessions, and knowledge-sharing events.
• Develop messaging, tone of voice, and content for internal and external employer brand initiatives.
• Analyze the effectiveness of events, communications, and brand activities, and suggest improvements.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in employer branding, event management, internal communications, campus recruiting, or marketing.
• Hands-on experience organizing external events, conferences, meetups, university initiatives, or community programs.
• Experience building or managing internal communications formats such as all-hands, internal talks, newsletters, leadership updates, or employee events.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.
• Ability to turn broad ideas into clear plans, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences.
