As a principal Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for talent mapping, market research, and hiring of executive-level Quants, Traders, Researchers, and Developers globally. This role requires a proven track of success in the HFT domain, an advanced level of English, and an executive mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep talent mapping across global HFT ecosystems

  • Identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent

  • Execute full-cycle hiring for niche and highly specialized roles

  • Build and maintain market research on competitors and key talent pools

  • Develop long-term pipelines of passive candidates

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define search strategies

  • Lead candidate outreach using highly personalized approaches

  • Drive difficult and competitive hires from initial contact to offer acceptance

  • Share market insights, industry knowledge, and networking practices with the internal team

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: hands-on recruiting experience in HFT companies

  • Strong experience conducting deep talent mapping across HFT competitors

  • Working Proficiency level of English

  • Clear understanding of the HFT talent landscape

  • Ability to identify top-tier talent globally

  • Strong sourcing skills

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • High level of ownership and independence

Nice to Have

  • Existing network within HFT and quant communities

  • Experience hiring globally (US, Europe, Asia)
