We are seeking a dynamic Partner Engagement Manager to drive strategic relationships and partnerships within our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm. This role involves managing exchanges engagements, building long-term partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Working closely with development teams to identify issues, communicate in plain and simple way all related information like software logs, issue description, statistics showing the moment issue occur etc. to platforms, exchanges and vendors;

Helping developers on the initial stage to clear all requirements for using our software with the specific platform;

Monitoring platforms notifications and creating internal reminders for exchange’s events, maintenances and incidents in a timely fashion;

Providing platforms with the feedback and chasing them for a solution in case of issuesnew requests;

Working experience in Exchange’s technical account management teams andor prime brokerage support teams are a plus;

Work closely with development team, financial and legal departments and be ready to track several internal projects with them

Setting up relationship new tech vendors for hardware and software procurement.
Requirements:

Fluent in both Chinese and English;

Have 2+ years’ experience in financetechnical support (account management, business development, brokerage);

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;

Capacity to work independently and manage your own workload.
