As a Partner Engagement Manager at Alber Blanc you will be responsible for driving strategic relationships and partnerships within our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm. This role involves managing exchanges engagements, building long-term partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements:

Working closely with development teams to identify issues, communicate in a plain and simple way all related information (software logs, issue description, statistics showing the moment an issue occurs etc.) to platforms, exchanges and vendors.

Helping developers at the initial stage to clear all requirements for using our software on the specific platform.

Monitoring platform notifications and creating internal reminders for exchange events, maintenance, and incidents in a timely fashion.

Setting up relationships with new tech vendors for hardware and software procurement.

Work closely with the development team, financial and legal departments and be ready to track several internal projects with them.

Provide platforms with feedback and chase them for a solution in case of issuesnew requests.
Requirements:

Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Working experience in Exchange’s technical account management teams andor prime brokerage support teams.

2+ years’ experience in financetechnical support (account management, business development, brokerage)

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Capacity to work independently and manage your own workload.
